Tool Room Machinist
We are currently recruiting for a semi-experienced Tool Room Machinist to operate a range of manual machinery at a well-established manufacturing client of ours, producing high-quality components for customers including Blue-chip companies as well as sole-traders. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

38 hours per week
07.30pm - 16.15pm, Monday - Thursday,
07.30am - 13.00pm, Friday.

Circa. 10.50ph (21,000 pa).

The ideal candidate will be able to turn using Colchester lathes, mill/drill, and surface grind on conventional manual machines. Full training will be provided in any areas if needed, and the successful candidate will be working closely with experienced tool room supervisor. When fully conversant with drilling the person would be setting drills for production as well as working in the tool room.
