Experienced with Mazak and Fanuc controls
Suitable for: CNC Operator, CNC Setter Operator
As CNC Operator you will be accountable for setting up and operating 5 axis CNC Mill Machines, Manual vertical/horizontal Lathes. Inspection and acceptable quality standards being achieved manufacturing of complex components.
Responsibilities will include:
Operating CNC milling machines (FANUC or Mazatrol controls)
Setting up fixtures, tooling and programmes
Running machines as per SOPs and instruction
Quality control, & inspection of parts
Able to read and understand engineering drawings
The successful candidate for the CNC Operators position will have the following:
Experience of programming - Desirable
2 - 3 years' experience working with in an aerospace environment - Desirable
Experience with CNC machine tools (FANUC or Mazatrol controls)

Scope of Job: Responsible for taking a role, in the production and installation process of different types of construction within the events/exhibition and shop fitting industry.
Responsibilities: • Mentor and train entry level employees • Construct or refurbish basic exhibit, retail and permanent structures using materials such as plywood, acrylic and metal • Laminating exhibit components • Cabinet and exhibit construction • Work from scaled drawings to produce components or complete component assemblies • Use hand tools and power tools safely • Install lighting, audio visual and graphic components in accordance with the design and construction drawings • Assemble and install custom structures in tradeshow, retail or corporate environments • Perform cycle counts of raw material inventory when assigned • Perform box assembly or internal crate packaging • Pull and pack fulfilment orders and prepare for shipment • Organise and maintain a clean and safe warehouse • Follow company safety guidelines • Respect and properly maintain company equipment • Maintain communications in a cooperative, respectful and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers
• Must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines, both individually and part of a team. • Must be able to understand scaled working/technical drawings. Plan view, elevations etc. • Own tools. Some power tools provided, but hands tools are a must. • Flexibility on working hour as some weekends are expected, due to build dates and deadlines etc.
